Day 1 – Arrive Yangon, (D)
After arrival at Yangon airport, our driver will pick you up and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
In the afternoon, pick up by our tour guide at around 06:00 pm and enjoy the Welcome dinner at the local restaurant hearing about the adventure days of the trip.

Day 2 – Yangon flight to Heho – Inle Lake (B, L, -)

Early morning, transfer to the domestic terminal for the flight to Heho and then by van to sublime Inle Lake. Get the van and drive to Nyaung Shwe. There, we get on the boat and have a Lunch at a Local Restaurant. Then visit a few outstanding places of Inle Lake such as silk and lotus weaving village of In Paw Kone, cheroot or Myanmar cigar workshop and the floating gardens.
Then hit back to Nyaung Shwe. At Nyaung Shwe, we’ll set up and test our bikes. Then, we will have a warm-up bike ride from Ayuda’s Branch Office at Nyaung Shwe to Red Mountain Vineyard, and end our ride at the wooden bridge of Mine Thauk village. With the sun setting, we will ride back to Nyaung Shwe.

Day 3 – Inle Lake – Taung Gyi – Kakku Pagodas – Kyauktalongyi - Nam Pam - Inle Lake (B, L, -)
In the morning, transfer by car to Kakku, (approximately 2.5 hours) a lesser known but impressive site comprised of several thousand small stupas in the Pa O region. Upon arrival at Kakku pagoda complex, explore the its 2000 stupas of Shan style and then, have lunch at local restaurant.
In the early afternoon, we arrive ride on the route to Kyauk Ta Lone Gyi town along the adulating hills of Shan state. The valley of the decending way to Inle Lake is breathtaking. Upon arrival at Nam Pan, hop in the van and transfer by car to Nyaung Shwe.

Day 4 – Inle Lake to Kalaw Highlands (B, L, -)
After a leisurely breakfast admiring the sun rising over the lake, we’ll depart by bikes climbing up from the lake on quiet roads for the short but challenging climb into the scenic country side to Kalaw, a hill station filled with interesting mix of colonial-era architecture and hill tribe villages. Depending on the time, we can wander through the market or ride around the city looking at the decaying colonial mansions or hoof it on a leisurely hike through the foothills surrounding the town.

Day 5 – Kalaw to Pindaya (B, L, -)
Today, cycling due north to Pindaya on a rolling empty road flanked by beautiful manicured fields from where much of Myanmar’s produce comes from. The area is rich with a diversity of hill tribes and we will pause to visit some of the villages en route. After we reach Pindaya, strolling the small town’s sites and Lake Front. Before dinner we will also trek up to visit the famous Pindaya caves, filled with hundreds of Buddha statues. After, we’ll enjoy the sunset from the hill side over the lake.

Day 6 – Pindaya to Mandalay (B, L, -)
The most beautiful bike-travel day of our bike tour, after we transfer you to Kyone village junction and unload our bikes there, goes northwest on a recently-paved, rolling road through mountains and jungle-lined roads to Ywa Ngan where the bus will transfer us the remaining distance “on the road to Mandalay.” Mandalay is the historic old capital, but remains the center of Myanmar culture and religion. It is also where traditional arts and crafts are centered. Myanmar abounds with historical sites, cultural memorials and Buddhist monuments.

Day 7 – Mandalay (B, L, -)
Today, we will tour Mandalay by car taking a rest day off from biking, the religious and cultural center of Myanmar. From ancient wooden palaces to massive pagodas to serene monasteries, Mandalay has it all. After breakfast, traveling outside Mandalay to the former royal capital of Amarapura, including an interesting stop at the Mahagandayon Monastery, a school for novice monks. Also visit to U Bein Bridge, a 200 year-old bridge and the longest teak one in the world.
In the afternoon, sightseeing in central Mandalay, includes Shwenandaw Monastery noted for its exquisite wood carvings; Kuthodaw Pagoda, renowned for its stone slabs of the Buddhist scriptures, and panoramic Mandalay Hill, ending the day with a sunset view from the peaceful Mandalay Hill across the Ayeyarwaddy River.

Day 8 – Mandalay to Monywa (B, L, -)
After breakfast, we’ll transfer out of Mandalay mid-morning by bus to Ondaw. Today features a ride west into the desert landscape and heartland of central Myanmar where bullock carts outnumber cars. There are several interesting sites to explore on the way to the provincial capital of Monywa including a pagoda with over 300,000 Buddha images and a monumental reclining Buddha. We’ll also stop to have our picnic lunch at a village, meeting with a local people before biking onto to pleasant Monywa.

Day 9 – Monywa to Popa (B, L, -)
Heading out of Monywa we’ll transfer you to Chaung U junction were we unload our bikes. We ride along the road with light traffic meandering through a rice growing region along the Chindwind River to Pakokku, passing through hill tribe villages where we’ll break for picnic- lunch. After reaching Pakokku, we load our bikes on the car and by car, we will cross the longest bridge in Myanmar towards Mt. Popa via Bagan.

Day 10 – Popa – Bagan (B, L, -)
From Mt.Popa to Bagan, this is the final day of riding. We bicycle round trip to an extinct volcano, Mt.Popa, which dominates the area. Mount Popa was for centuries where kings of central Burma made pilgrimages to confer with the sacred statues about the future of their reigns.
It is you option to climb the hundreds of steps to the monkey-populated hill (feeding them if your brave enough), for a expansive, panoramic views of the surrounding area. Then, head to Bagan After arrival in Bagan, we’ll enjoy a short ride to our hotel near the world famous ruins.

With over forty square kilometers and thousands of pagodas, Bagan is nothing short of breath taking. We’ll cycle the ancient plain, pausing to explore primary and secondary temples. If there is time, we can visit the market which has a pleasant mix of local and tourist shops.

The group size is limited up to maximum number of 8 pax so that we can give the full attention to all travellers in a way of colse intimacy. We guarentee the departure when the minimum of 2 cyclists are confirmed. For solo travellers, we are happy to welcome them as always and they can have their own room as long as the single supplement is paid. Nevertheless, a shared room with another same-sex solo cyclist can be arranged at no extra cost.
This is the long-distance tour and therefore, the bike rental fees are not included in the fare as some cyclists prefer to bring their own bike. However, if you want to rent our bike, the addition cost for bike rental as mentioned will be charged.

How to book and confirm your trip?
The adventure tour and other trips with Ayuda Bicycle Tour Agency are confirmed in a short time normally within 3 days when you agree to confirm and to join the tours. Once you turn on green light for booking the tour, we will start doing all the reservations such as hotels, airline tickets, boat tickets and other items in the field of "SERVICES INCLUDED"!.
Should you send deposit? What are the payment terms?
Upon receiving booking confirmation, we NEED a deposit of 50 % so that your booking can be 100% guaranteed. The rest of the payment is to be paid 40 days before the tour starts. We offer you 2 ways of payment:
1- Visa or Master card with 4.5% bank surcharge
2- Payment by bank transfer. Our bank details are in the below and the bank transfer fee for sending payment has to be covered on your own and CIM will cover the bank receipt fee in order to receive its payment.

In case of cancelation from your end (in very seldom case, we hope!), the followings are the terms;
- 90 to 60 days before arrival: 15% of total cost
- 60 to 45 days prior to commencement 30% of total cost
- 45 – 30 days prior to commencement 50% of total cost
- 30 – 15 days prior to commencement 75% of total cost
- Less than 15 days prior to commencement 100%

How are the accommodation methods?

Clients who join our trips have to go through below our liabilities and will be asked to sign the form of understanding our liabilities upon arrival.
We are not responsible for any baggage or property lost during the tour with us. We advise that, do not wear jewels while walking or cycling on the street. Keep your camera in your backpack. Do not hold it while cycling. Ayuda Bike Tour Agency is not held responsible for any accident, injury or dead during trip conduction with us. Clients who join the trip with us understand that they are willing to join the trip by themselves and at their own risk. We will brief the safety and the road conditions before tour starts. Ensure to follow our guideline, be ware of the hazard. It is absoultely safe now to do also trekking in Myanmar while doing your bike tours with us following our outlined itinerary and our specialized tour guide.
If you, the client, refuse to wear the helmet provided by Ayuda Bike Tour Agency, you will be responsible for any head injury. We ensure the bikes are in good condition, have reliable brakes. We provide all spare parts including puncture repair kits and our guides are trained with a good extent of mechanic knowledge. We try to take quiet road, routes free from cars, wherever possible. If it is necessary to ride a bike on a busy road make sure to be careful to avoid accident and being hit by cars: go slowly, look carefully before turning or crossing roads and stick well into the pavement.
We are not responsible for any health care during the tour with us. Client who join the trip with us has to be wellbeing and we recommend the client to purchase travel insurance before their departure dates. Travel insurance should include and cover evacuation cost. We recommend good hospitals in any town, city and SOS International. We provide first aid kit in the support van and all our guides are trained with first aid.
Clients who fail to sign "Form of Understanding our Liabilities" and personal infomation forms prior to the departure of the tour will not be permitted to join the tour and the policy of cancelations will be applied.
Discount & Child Policy
For our repeated customers, we will offer a discount of 5% when first return for tour with us and discount 10% when return for second and more tours with us.
Children above 12 years old are charged as adult price. Children between 8-11 years old will get 25% discount on the tour. Children below 7 years will get 50% discount but will share accommodation with their parents as possible.
Make sure all travel documents have been prepared including passport (at least 6 months validity), passport size photos for the visas (please check our FAQs for more information) and flight tickets. We cannot however be responsible for your documents not in order or mistakes by embassies, sudden changes to regulations, or actions of border officials that are beyond our control. We are able to advise on mandatory health requirements. Take all the necessary medication including malaria tablet, Tama Flue (bird flue tablet), sun cream, sunglasses, cycling gloves and cycling shorts etc.,
Tour Guide / Tour Leader Responsibility
Ayuda Bike Tour Agency provides cycling tour guide for a group below 6 people; for group starting from 6 people and above, we provide one cycling tour guide and one Mechanic or tour leader. Both tour guide and tour leader are the representatives of the company. Their responsibilities are to make sure the trip runs smoothly and our clients are well looked after in all aspect including the food, snacks, water and drinks, bike mechanic, accommodations. Any complaints about any aspect in the trip, should be brought to the guide's or tour leader's attention and with a copy of written notice to the management team of Ayuda Bike Tour Agency. Our guide or tour leader will act immediately to solve any problem that occurs during the tour with our backup service within 24 hours from our management team. Sometimes, the guide or tour leader is also assigned to take any photos or films during the tour and our partner to do promotion or marketing purpose. As you are being our valued clients joining the trip with Ayuda Bike Tour Agency, kindly permit us to do so without asking any payment.
