Our bicycle information

For all of our cycling trips, we use the world's famous makes of Mountain bikes such as Trek, Bianchi, GT bicycles with very lightweight alluminium frames, 24-speed/27-speed gearing and hydraulic disc brakes. All componets are Shimano authentic brand and front fork suspension of the well-known SR Suntour. Our current bikes are 2016-year and 2017-year models of Trek Bikes Merlin 6, 201-year model of Bianchi Kuma 27.1, 2017-year model of GT Avalanche Sport.

The frame sizes are from 13-inch to 23-inch with Alpha Silver Alluminium alloy. Please be noted that we can't guarentee the certain model of the bike for your tour, however, the bike, the oldest model bikes are the makes of 2016.

On the short-distance tours or day tours, we include the bike rental fees using our bikes in the tour quote. On the longer trips, we separate the bike rental fees so that you can bring your own bike. The bike rental fees vary depending on request; if you book a trip with us, bike rental fee costs not more than 15 US $ per day for a mountain bike. However, if you want to hire a bike from us, the cost is 20 US $ per mountain bike and also you need to deposit 300 US $ upon receipt of our bike. Upon return of our bike in the same conditions as you took it, we will give you back your deposit.

As for the kids, we don't have the kids' bikes yet, however, if requested, we can get the specific bikes for them. We are not able to offer babyseats, tab-alongs, nor gators.

Due to the road conditions in Myanmar so far, we are renting out only the mountain bikes MTBs and the following details are the rental fees per day;

Note: We need a deposit of 300 US $ per bike rental and upon return of our bikes, we will pay you back the deposit. The helmets are not included in the rental fees and they can be hired from us too. The helmet rental fee is 3 US $ per helmet/day. For other bike accessories such as handle-bar bag, iron pack seat bag, and so on, we can arrange it upon request, however, it all depends on availability. For the purchase of accessories such as gloves, water bottles, hand-pumps and so on, you can take a look at our garage when fetching the bike. Our bikes are fitted with a water bottle cage and pedals for the normal shoes. If you are bringing SPD shoes, please make sure your bring your own SPD pedals. +

Bike Renting for our trips

We use our bikes for maximum 2 seasons or 2 years and afterwards, we sell them out in the used market. Then we purchase the newer model directly from the factory or from the nearby authorized distributor so that our bikes can be so strong and safe. We have our own service center where bikes are maintained on regular basis and we check every bike before the bike is used on the route.

Therefore, when you rent our bikes, you get the high-quality bikes and it can save you more luggage allowance. We provide helmets along with the bike when you book the tour with us. Besides, for the longer tours, our tour guide always makes sure you have all extra tubes, first-aid kid, and so on.

For the longer trips that starts from 4 days and above, we provide you on of our company's high-quality and specially designed cycling jerseys made and printed in Thailand and a brand-new water bottle. If you are comfortable with your own bottle, helmets and so on, you are welcome to bring them along. For the women riders, WSD designed seats are recommended for your comfort. If you are a cyclist riding with SPD pedals, we recommend you to bring the shoes and cleats along with you.
