Day 1: Yangon Arrival & Sightseeing
Upon arrival at airport, after luggage collection, you will be welcome by local tour guide. Depending on the arrival time, these visits can be included; Downtown Area with the Old City Hall and take a stroll along Colonial Buildings ending at the old Strand Hotel, the adjacent Australian Embassy, Her Majesty British Embassy, and Red-bricked General Post Office, Mawtin Jetty to enjoy the riverside activities, Kandawgyi Park to relax, Chaukhtetgyi Reclining Buddha image which is the biggest one in Yangon.
In the evening, visit the most significant pagoda, Shwedagon, which the global scholars describe as One of Wonders in the World. Shwedagon plays very important role in the Old Burmese History not only standing as the holiest structure for the Buddhist all over the world. Enjoy the sunset from nearly 26- century years old Most Glorious Buddhist Shrine.

Day 2: Yangon- Mandalay- Pyin Oo Lwin (B/L)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Mandalay, the last Capital City of the 3rd Myanmar Dynasty.
Upon arrival at Mandalay airport, drive to Pyin Oo Lwin approximately 2 hours. In Pyin Oo Lwin or Maymyo as it was called formerly by the name of the founder of the British Hill Station. Start the sightseeing by mountain bike for warming up: Botanical Garden, one of the chains of the Kew Garden in London, which can offer the visitors the ambience of British Colonial Era, BE falls to relax, and then drive up to the Image of Maha Aunt Htoo Kanthar Buddha on the hill where you can see the surrounding area as a partially panoramic view.Â You should not miss to take a Tour of Stage Coach to explore the town still filled with the Colonial Houses.

Day 3: Maymyo – Naung Pain Train Station- Gokhteik Viaducts - Lashio, End of Burma Road (B/L)
After breakfast, transfer to Railway Station to take a regular Morning train from Maymyo at around 9:00 am to the Famous Gokhteik Viaduct constructed by the British during their rule. It takes 2 and a half hour until the Naung Mon Train station to observe one of the Highest Viaducts. From there, take the car to drive to Lashio (approx: 2 and half hours) where the northern railway line ends as well as the Historic Burma Road coming from the border of China.

Day 4: Lashio – Hsipaw (B/L)
Start the cycling along the Burma Road for 35 Kilometers as morning part. Lunch at a local restaurant or picnic lunch. And then continue the rest 37 kilometers until the peaceful town called Hsipaw. Total cycling hours will be more or less 4-5 hours.

Day 5: Hsipaw & Surroundings Excursion Tour (B/L)
Today, enjoy the alternative taste of the trip, boat trip and trekking. Take a private boat along the tranquil Duthtawaddy River that flows up to Mandalay to open out to the historic Ayeyarwaddy River. The boat trip will take more or less 1 hour and you will arrive at the confluence of Duthtawaddy River or Myit Nge and Hsipaw River. You can have a swim if you like. After a rest, cruise down up to a certain village and start your walking to the typical Shan villages.
Trek until Hsipaw passing by the Saw Bwar Haw, the Shan King’s Palace, the last Shan King’s mansion on the way.

Day 6: Hsipaw – Kyauk Me (B/L)
Today, biking from Hsipaw to Kyauk Me, a small town on the Shan Plateau, but the capital of Green Tea Plantation. On the way, visit Baw Gyo Pagoda as well as the Hot Springs for a shower to relax the tense muscles. Then continue biking to Kyauk Me enjoying the tea plantation along the way and lunch at Shan restaurant at the entrance of Kyuak Me Town. Check in at the hotel and take rest.

Day 7: Kyauk Me – Maymyo (B/L)
Most Beautiful Day of Biking as well as most tiresome day of the whole trip. However, it is really worth it. The tiresome part of biking pays off!! It is to ascend the Goak Twin Gorge and it usually takes at least 40 minutes. Looking back, you will see the Goak Hteik Viaduct up on the hills. Lunch at Naung Cho Town.
On the way, visit the outstanding cave of Peik Chin Myaung. The views and sceneries make your tiredness and fatigue dwindle away. You can break the bike trip for today at the cave.

Day 8: Maymyo – Mandalay (B/L)
After morning biking excursion in Maymyo, proceed by bike down to Mandalay lasting more or less 2-3 hours. Explore the real life and ways of living of Myanmar people along the way up to Mandalay. You can break the bike trip at the Htone Bo Junction where you can enjoy your lunch.

Day 9: Mandalay – Amarapura – Sagaing – Mingun-Mandalay (B/L)
Today Excursion is by Bike to the Ancient capitals of Amarapura aka the Southern City, the ancient Royal Capital before Mandalay. In Amarapura, visit one of the biggest monasteries with more than 1200 Buddhist monks where under the strict tight-scheduled Rules the monks study very hard the Buddhist Canons day and night in order to be able to carry on the Budda’s teachings verbally like the Noble Theras did after the Buddha’s demise in the 6th Century B.C.Then visit the Silk- Weaving workshop. Here, Amarapura hand-weaving silk Designs are very famous as Lun Yar Kyaw Cheik, More-than-hundred Loom Design, in which many small colorful silk thread looms wave through the weft creating the unique Myanmar Ceremonial silk longyis. Depending on the designs, to finish a longyi with a hundred or so looms, it can take at least a month! Then drive to U Bein Bridge believed to be the longest wooden bridge in the world that spans Taung Thaman Lake. Take a walk on the bridge and enjoy a photo opp!And then ride the bike to Sagaing crossing over newly-opened bridge paralleling the first British- built Span side by side. Sagaing, the capital city of Sagaing Division, has been quite a few times Royal Capital and now stands as a Buddhist Center. Visit Sagaing Hills filled with Meditation Centers, Monasteries, and Nunneries. The view from the platform of Sun Oo Punya Shin Pagoda that takes the overwhelming hilltop is really breath-taking. Then visit U Min Thoe Sal, 30 Caves Pagoda.
And then continue to Mingun where the World’s Biggest Mingun Bell, weighing over 90 Metric Tons that is believed to be the world heaviest hanging bell in the world and Migun Stupa unfinished due to the mysterious beliefs of its builder. Then, visit the very first Home for Aged founded purely by a Burmese Lady. Meeting with the long-term nurse who speaks fair English at the Center of Old Age pays a lot. Finally visit Mya Thein Dan Pagoda which represents famous Mt. Meru according to Buddhist Cosmology. After that, take the boat back to Mandalay.

Day 10: Mandalay – Myin Gyan- Mt. Popa (B/L)
Cycling of today will get involved the flat land ride in the countryside up to one of the biggest trade cities of Central Myanmar, Myin Gyan. From there, proceed to Mt. Popa, the Oasis of the Dry Zone, the extinguished million-year-old volcano and the abode and the refuge of all Myanmar Nats, Spirits. No wonder that the poor mind may seek the shelter under which one can feel certain of high-yield harvest, safe life. The name Popa represents the abundance of flowers and you can see seasonal flowers and fruits once you enter the small town at the foot of the extinct volcano. Visit central Nat Shrine at the foothill of Mt. Popa. Going up 777 steps is optional but the view from the top makes tired-feet quite relaxing. Mount Popa houses not only Nats but also Asian monkeys along its steps uphill. Feeding the poor Gibbons, Baboons costs not much money and you may gain some merits to add a step towards Nirvana.

Day 11: Mt. Popa – The Majestic Bagan (B/L)
Today consists of a Leisure biking to our ultimate destination of Northern Myanmar to Central Myanmar cycling tour, Bagan. On the way, you may stop at a palm tree collection workshop to see the ways of living of Anyar Thar people and observe the palm culture. Upon arrival at Bagan, check in at the hotel and after a short rest, drive to one of the temples in Bagan for enjoying the sunset.

Day 12: Bagan Excursion Tour- Yangon (B/L)
After breakfast, bike to Nyaung U morning market which is known as Market on the Floor with a variety of local vegetables and products such as typical snacks, food, Handicrafts, Thanakha the most adorned Burmese Make-up, and so on. Then, visit the most sacred stupa Shwe Zi Gon built in 11 Century by the most outstanding Buddhist King, Anawrahta, Gu Byauk Gyi Temple to see the mural from 12 Century, the massive red-colored Htilominlo Temple, and lastly before check-in at the hotel, visit most beautiful Ananda Temple built in late 11 Century housing giant Standing Buddhas which give the viewers illusion of Smiling-or-Serious facial expression of the Enlightened One.
In the afternoon, a visit to famous Lacquer Wares Workshop is worth enough to see its hand-made black products that come in a variety of household items from the smallest one of tea-cup to the Giant Sun Oak, the food container to be sent to the Buddhist monasteries in the yester years. Then, transfer to Nyaung U airport for the flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel for check in.

Day 13: Yangon Sightseeing (by private air con car with English Speaking Guide) (B)
If the time permits, visit Scott Market, Bogyoke Market, which sells many Myanmar Traditional Handicrafts, namely, Pan Sai Myo, 10 kinds of flowers; Blacksmith, Goldsmith, Coppersmith, Stone Carvings, Wood Carvings, Lacquer Wares, and so on (Scott Market is off every Monday!).
Then transfer to International Airport for the Return flight home!

The adventure tour and other trips with Ayuda Bicycle Tour Agency are confirmed in a short time normally within 3 days when you agree to confirm and to join the tours. Once you turn on green light for booking the tour, we will start doing all the reservations such as hotels, airline tickets, boat tickets and other items in the field of "SERVICES INCLUDED"!.
Should you send deposit? What are the payment terms?
Upon receiving booking confirmation, we NEED a deposit of 50 % so that your booking can be 100% guaranteed. The rest of the payment is to be paid 40 days before the tour starts. We offer you 2 ways of payment:
1- Visa or Master card with 4.5% bank surcharge
2- Payment by bank transfer. Our bank details are in the below and the bank transfer fee for sending payment has to be covered on your own and CIM will cover the bank receipt fee in order to receive its payment.

In case of cancelation from your end (in very seldom case, we hope!), the followings are the terms;
- 90 to 60 days before arrival: 15% of total cost
- 60 to 45 days prior to commencement 30% of total cost
- 45 – 30 days prior to commencement 50% of total cost

Clients who join our trips have to go through below our liabilities and will be asked to sign the form of understanding our liabilities upon arrival.
We are not responsible for any baggage or property lost during the tour with us. We advise that, do not wear jewels while walking or cycling on the street. Keep your camera in your backpack. Do not hold it while cycling. Ayuda Bike Tour Agency is not held responsible for any accident, injury or dead during trip conduction with us. Clients who join the trip with us understand that they are willing to join the trip by themselves and at their own risk. We will brief the safety and the road conditions before tour starts. Ensure to follow our guideline, be ware of the hazard. It is absoultely safe now to do also trekking in Myanmar while doing your bike tours with us following our outlined itinerary and our specialized tour guide.
If you, the client, refuse to wear the helmet provided by Ayuda Bike Tour Agency, you will be responsible for any head injury. We ensure the bikes are in good condition, have reliable brakes. We provide all spare parts including puncture repair kits and our guides are trained with a good extent of mechanic knowledge. We try to take quiet road, routes free from cars, wherever possible. If it is necessary to ride a bike on a busy road make sure to be careful to avoid accident and being hit by cars: go slowly, look carefully before turning or crossing roads and stick well into the pavement.
We are not responsible for any health care during the tour with us. Client who join the trip with us has to be wellbeing and we recommend the client to purchase travel insurance before their departure dates. Travel insurance should include and cover evacuation cost. We recommend good hospitals in any town, city and SOS International. We provide first aid kit in the support van and all our guides are trained with first aid.
Clients who fail to sign "Form of Understanding our Liabilities" and personal infomation forms prior to the departure of the tour will not be permitted to join the tour and the policy of cancelations will be applied.
Discount & Child Policy
For our repeated customers, we will offer a discount of 5% when first return for tour with us and discount 10% when return for second and more tours with us.
Children above 12 years old are charged as adult price. Children between 8-11 years old will get 25% discount on the tour. Children below 7 years will get 50% discount but will share accommodation with their parents as possible.
Make sure all travel documents have been prepared including passport (at least 6 months validity), passport size photos for the visas (please check our FAQs for more information) and flight tickets. We cannot however be responsible for your documents not in order or mistakes by embassies, sudden changes to regulations, or actions of border officials that are beyond our control. We are able to advise on mandatory health requirements. Take all the necessary medication including malaria tablet, Tama Flue (bird flue tablet), sun cream, sunglasses, cycling gloves and cycling shorts etc.,
Tour Guide / Tour Leader Responsibility
Ayuda Bike Tour Agency provides cycling tour guide for a group below 6 people; for group starting from 6 people and above, we provide one cycling tour guide and one Mechanic or tour leader. Both tour guide and tour leader are the representatives of the company. Their responsibilities are to make sure the trip runs smoothly and our clients are well looked after in all aspect including the food, snacks, water and drinks, bike mechanic, accommodations. Any complaints about any aspect in the trip, should be brought to the guide's or tour leader's attention and with a copy of written notice to the management team of Ayuda Bike Tour Agency. Our guide or tour leader will act immediately to solve any problem that occurs during the tour with our backup service within 24 hours from our management team. Sometimes, the guide or tour leader is also assigned to take any photos or films during the tour and our partner to do promotion or marketing purpose. As you are being our valued clients joining the trip with Ayuda Bike Tour Agency, kindly permit us to do so without asking any payment.
