Day 1: Yangon- Mandalay (-/L)
Possible Flight: Golden Myanmar Airlines Y5 505 (ETD 08:40 ETA 10:35) via Heho
After breakfast, you will be picked up at your hotel by our driver to transfer to the airport for the flight to Mandalay, the last Capital City of the 3rd Myanmar Dynasty.
Upon arrival at Mandalay airport, drive to Mandalay City.
Lunch at Local Restaurant. Then drive to your hotel for check-in.
In the afternoon, taste your biking visiting the Kuthodaw Pagoda which is known as the world biggest book of the world, Golden Palace Monastery where you can see the best wood-carvings. The monastery was at first in the Palace City wall and 5 years before the British Annexation, it was dismantled and reassembled to the present site to be donated to the venerable monks. The Golden Palace so called because the interior and exterior surfaces of wood structure have been gilt with millions of Gold Leaves that are fabricated in Mandalay. Finally, go up Mandalay Hill to enjoy the panoramic view of the city with sunset.

Day 2: Mandalay – Amarapura – Sagaing – Mingun-Mandalay (B/L/-)
Today Excursion is by Bike to the Ancient capitals of Amarapura aka the Southern City, the ancient Royal Capital before Mandalay. In Amarapura, visit one of the biggest monasteries with more than 1200 Buddhist monks where under the strict tight-scheduled Rules the monks study very hard the Buddhist Canons day and night in order to be able to carry on the Budda’s teachings verbally like the Noble Theras did after the Buddha’s demise in the 6th Century B.C. Then visit the Silk-Weaving workshop. Here, Amarapura hand-weaving silk Designs are very famous as Lun Yar Kyaw Cheik, More-than-hundred Loom Design, in which many small colorful silk thread looms wave through the weft creating the unique Myanmar Ceremonial silk longyis. Depending on the designs, to finish a longyi with a hundred or so looms, it can take at least a month! Then drive to U Bein Bridge believed to be the longest wooden bridge in the world that spans Taung Thaman Lake. Take a walk on the bridge and enjoy a photo opp!
And then ride the bike to Sagaing crossing over newly-opened bridge paralleling the first British- built Span side by side.

Sagaing, the capital city of Sagaing Division, has been quite a few times Royal Capital and now stands as a Buddhist Center.
And then continue by bike to Mingun where the World’s Biggest Mingun Bell, weighing over 90 Metric Tons that is believed to be the world heaviest hanging bell in the world and Migun Stupa unfinished due to the mysterious beliefs of its builder. Then, visit the very first Home for Aged founded purely by a Burmese Lady. Meeting with the long-term nurse who speaks fair English at the Center of Old Age pays a lot. Finally visit Mya Thein Dan Pagoda which represents famous Mt. Meru according to Buddhist Cosmology.
After that, take the boat back to Mandalay along Ayeyarwaddy River relaxing on chairs provided on board.

Day 3: Mandalay – Monywa – Pho Win Taung Caves (B/L/-)
After breakfast, drive to Sagaing crossing over newly-opened bridge paralleling the first British-built Span side by side. Sagaing, the capital city of Sagaing Division, has been quite a few times Royal Capital and now stands as a Buddhist Center. Visit Sagaing Hills filled with Meditation Centers, Monasteries, and Nunneries. The view from the platform of Sun Oo Punya Shin Pagoda that takes the overwhelming hilltop is really breath-taking.
Then, drive to Monywa(approx; 2.5 hours), the second biggest city after Mandalay in the central Myanmar. Monywa is the major trade center whose surroundings are filled with the fertile fields yielding the best crops such as rice, beans, vegetables and also tobacco. One the way to the town, visit Thanbude Temple with its more than half million Buddha Images inside and outside of the main temple.
In the afternoon, drive to the jetty of Chindwin River which is the third longest river to take a ferry to the other side to do the countryside Bike Tour to Pho Win Taung Cave Pagodas. Upon arrival, walk all the way up the Sandstone Caves build from 16th to 19th century. Monkey food sellers will accompany you all the way of the loop. Then, drive back to Monywa, cross the river to the town and check-in at the hotel.

Day 4: Monywa- Pakkoku- Bagan (B/L/-)
After breakfast, visit Bodhi Tahtaung Buddhas so named after one-thousand Sitting Buddhas under a thousand Bo Trees. Then, visit the second largest Reclining Buddha and the tallest standing Buddha which measures 413 feet in height.
Then drive to Chaung U junction where you can start your biking up to Ma U village to feel the village life with home industries such as Bamboo Scales Making, Incense Stick and so on. Talk a walk among the 16th to 18th century Pagoda Complex nearby. You can also drop in at one of the pit-stops where you can see the Myanmar Traditional Cosmetic, Thanaka plantations. Continue driving to Pakkokku, which is known as the Tobacco Trade Center where you embark the private boat (approx; 2 and a half hours)to Ancient City, Bagan.
In Pakkokku, if the time permits, you can visit some Myanmar Home Industries such as Cherrot or Myanmar Cigar factory, Paper-mache factory, slipper factory, all hand-made home factories located at the Pakkokku City.
Then continue to the Jetty of Pakkokku to take a boat ride(approx 2 hours!) to Bagan. Hundreds of Ancient Stupas, Temples, Monestaries, Libraries and Buddhist Universities welcome you to the then Heart of Buddhism. On arrival at Jetty, get on your private van then drive to your hotel for Check-in.

Day 5: Bagan Sightseeing (B/L/-)
After breakfast, start your full-day biking tour with a climb up to a temple to have a glimpse of Bird’s eye view tasting a bit of its marvel. Then you may visit Nyaung U morning market which is known as Market On The Floor with a variety of local vegetables and products such as typical snacks, food, Handicrafts, Thanakha the most adorned Burmese Make-up, and so on. Then, visit the most sacred stupa Shwe Zi Gon built in 11 Century by the most outstanding Buddhist King, Anawrahta, Gu Byauk Gyi Temple to see the mural from 12 Century, the massive red-colored Htilominlo Temple, and lastly before check-in at the hotel, visit most beautiful Ananda Temple built in late 11 Century housing giant Standing Buddhas which give the viewers illusion of Smiling-or-Serious facial expression of the Enlightened One.
In the afternoon, bike to New Bagan where you may pay a visit to famous Lacquer Wares Workshop is worth enough to see its hand-made black products that come in a variety of household items from the smallest one of tea-cup to the Giant Sun Oak, the food container to be sent to the Buddhist monasteries in the yester years. Bike around the ancient temples of New Bagan until the sunset over a temple.

Day 6: Bagan - Mt. Popa half-way by bike – Bagan (B/L/-)
Today, start your biking adventure up to the Myanmar’s Nat paraidise of Mt. Popa. Enjoy the landscape of Upper Myanmar with hundreds of Toddy Palms that can be seen along the fence line of the farms where the local farmers grow peanuts, seasame, peas, cotton and many more crops. After an hour or more biking, you will get to the Palm Tree Hut where you can study how the Myanmar people from Upper Myanmar make good use of Toddy palm trees; the branches for furniture, the wood from the stem to make stools and tables and house beams and the leaf for roofing, and the palm juice to make several drinks including distilling the strong country spirit.
After a short break, continue to Mt. Popa. Make some stops on the way from time to time to make photos and talk to the local people. After one and a half hour of biking, you will arrive at the town of Mt. Popa.
Enjoy your lunch at Yangon Restaurant
After lunch, you can visit the Nat Museum located at the foot of Popa Taung Kalat. There are 37 Nats altogether officially recognized by the authorities, and of course there are millions of Nats that are not registered. Mt. Popa is the abode of all the official nats and the museum is the place where you can see the Life-size statues of Registered Nats.
It is optional to ascend the 800-step Mt. Popa on top of which, from the pagoda and shrines, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Oasis area looking out west, you can see the plain of Bagan. Along the staircase, you will see many pilgrims, shops selling the souvenirs of Mt. Popa, and lastly the Mt. Popa monkeys.
Then continue your way back to Bagan either by car or on a bike.

How to book and confirm your trip?
The adventure tour and other trips with Ayuda Bicycle Tour Agency are confirmed in a short time normally within 3 days when you agree to confirm and to join the tours. Once you turn on green light for booking the tour, we will start doing all the reservations such as hotels, airline tickets, boat tickets and other items in the field of "SERVICES INCLUDED"!.
Should you send deposit? What are the payment terms?
Upon receiving booking confirmation, we NEED a deposit of 50 % so that your booking can be 100% guaranteed. The rest of the payment is to be paid 40 days before the tour starts. We offer you 2 ways of payment:
1- Visa or Master card with 4.5% bank surcharge
2- Payment by bank transfer. Our bank details are in the below and the bank transfer fee for sending payment has to be covered on your own and CIM will cover the bank receipt fee in order to receive its payment.

In case of cancelation from your end (in very seldom case, we hope!), the followings are the terms;
- 90 to 60 days before arrival: 15% of total cost
- 60 to 45 days prior to commencement 30% of total cost
- 45 – 30 days prior to commencement 50% of total cost
- 30 – 15 days prior to commencement 75% of total cost
- Less than 15 days prior to commencement 100%

Clients who join our trips have to go through below our liabilities and will be asked to sign the form of understanding our liabilities upon arrival.
We are not responsible for any baggage or property lost during the tour with us. We advise that, do not wear jewels while walking or cycling on the street. Keep your camera in your backpack. Do not hold it while cycling. Ayuda Bike Tour Agency is not held responsible for any accident, injury or dead during trip conduction with us. Clients who join the trip with us understand that they are willing to join the trip by themselves and at their own risk. We will brief the safety and the road conditions before tour starts. Ensure to follow our guideline, be ware of the hazard. It is absoultely safe now to do also trekking in Myanmar while doing your bike tours with us following our outlined itinerary and our specialized tour guide.
If you, the client, refuse to wear the helmet provided by Ayuda Bike Tour Agency, you will be responsible for any head injury. We ensure the bikes are in good condition, have reliable brakes. We provide all spare parts including puncture repair kits and our guides are trained with a good extent of mechanic knowledge. We try to take quiet road, routes free from cars, wherever possible. If it is necessary to ride a bike on a busy road make sure to be careful to avoid accident and being hit by cars: go slowly, look carefully before turning or crossing roads and stick well into the pavement.
We are not responsible for any health care during the tour with us. Client who join the trip with us has to be wellbeing and we recommend the client to purchase travel insurance before their departure dates. Travel insurance should include and cover evacuation cost. We recommend good hospitals in any town, city and SOS International. We provide first aid kit in the support van and all our guides are trained with first aid.
Clients who fail to sign "Form of Understanding our Liabilities" and personal infomation forms prior to the departure of the tour will not be permitted to join the tour and the policy of cancelations will be applied.
Discount & Child Policy
For our repeated customers, we will offer a discount of 5% when first return for tour with us and discount 10% when return for second and more tours with us.
Children above 12 years old are charged as adult price. Children between 8-11 years old will get 25% discount on the tour. Children below 7 years will get 50% discount but will share accommodation with their parents as possible.
Make sure all travel documents have been prepared including passport (at least 6 months validity), passport size photos for the visas (please check our FAQs for more information) and flight tickets. We cannot however be responsible for your documents not in order or mistakes by embassies, sudden changes to regulations, or actions of border officials that are beyond our control. We are able to advise on mandatory health requirements. Take all the necessary medication including malaria tablet, Tama Flue (bird flue tablet), sun cream, sunglasses, cycling gloves and cycling shorts etc.,
Tour Guide / Tour Leader Responsibility
Ayuda Bike Tour Agency provides cycling tour guide for a group below 6 people; for group starting from 6 people and above, we provide one cycling tour guide and one Mechanic or tour leader. Both tour guide and tour leader are the representatives of the company. Their responsibilities are to make sure the trip runs smoothly and our clients are well looked after in all aspect including the food, snacks, water and drinks, bike mechanic, accommodations. Any complaints about any aspect in the trip, should be brought to the guide's or tour leader's attention and with a copy of written notice to the management team of Ayuda Bike Tour Agency. Our guide or tour leader will act immediately to solve any problem that occurs during the tour with our backup service within 24 hours from our management team. Sometimes, the guide or tour leader is also assigned to take any photos or films during the tour and our partner to do promotion or marketing purpose. As you are being our valued clients joining the trip with Ayuda Bike Tour Agency, kindly permit us to do so without asking any payment.
